Originating from a local brewery and founded as a commercial malting plant in 1928, the Baustetten plant became one of the most outstanding medium-sized malting plant in Baden-Wuerttemberg.
The capacity reaches about 40,000 tons with our state-of-the-art facilities.

As a tradition-steeped malting plant, the production of malt in Giengen a. d. Brenz reaches back to 1872. Being located at the foothills of the Swabian Alb, Giengen is conveniently situated for the cultivation of malting barley. Continuous modernization, expansions and steady enlargements turned the Giengen Plant into a stateof-the-art and supremely efficient malting plant.
The yearly capacity reaches about 25,000 tons.

Reaching back to 1837, the Warthausen plant was the first of our three plants to start with the malt production. Ever since 1989 it has been a family-owned business. Largescale modernization and enlargements of recent years led to ascending development and success.
The yearly capacity is around 12,000 tons.
