From the region, for the region – Sustainability - much more than a catchphrase for us. For SchwabenMalz the quality of our products reaches back to our raw materials. As we maintain close relationships to our regional producers, we always have records of the origin of our varieties of barley.
Therefore, we can foster the future of the cultivation of brewer´s grain in regional areas – together with many breweries, cooperative societies and producers´ associations.

We receive our barley from all regions in Baden-Wuerttemberg and Bavarian Swabia and therefore benefit form year-round possibilities of harvesting.
